What are you going to do?
Are you passionate about solving complex problems and designing scalable systems? As a Software Developer in Team TMS, you will be working on a brand-new initiative within the Generics Tribe. Your work will have a direct impact on how tasks, notifications, and signals function within the Ons Suite.
Together with your team, you will determine the technical direction: will we build on existing solutions within Ons, or develop an entirely new service? You will work in an innovative and collaborative environment where technology and real-world impact come together.
"In this role, you will have the freedom to make technical decisions with your team that truly make a difference."
Your responsibilities
- Design & Build: You will develop a scalable and intuitive solution for Tasks, Notifications & Signals within the Ons Suite;
- Evaluate & Decide: You will assess whether existing systems can be expanded or if a new service is needed;
- Tackle Complex Technical Challenges: You will ensure that the architecture is robust, maintainable, and future-proof;
- Collaborate: You will align technical decisions with fellow developers, product owners, and other stakeholders;
- Long-term Strategy: You will directly contribute to the vision for task management and notifications within Nedap Healthcare.

Your team
You will be part of a team within the Generics Tribe. Within the Ons Suite, we are responsible for all general functionality across the platform, such as navigation, search, and task management. Currently, these solutions are often decentralized, making scalability a constant challenge.
With this team, we aim to solve the functionality and scalability challenges of Tasks, Notifications, and Signals within Ons. As a team, you will work on the foundation for standardized task and notification management within the Ons Suite. This means you will not only define the technical direction but also contribute to the strategic course of Nedap Healthcare.
"We don’t just build software; we create solutions that truly improve daily work in healthcare."
