Nedap Healthcare develops innovative solutions for the Dutch healthcare market. We supply and develop solutions that support the entire process of care administration, planning, medical records and time recording. We create complete, user-friendly (web) applications and supply smart devices that simplify the work process. As a Support Team, we support our customers in solving any technical problems and we are responsible for the quality of our support.
The position is for a minimum of 28 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing the number of hours depending on the support request and need.
The position consists of 20 fixed hours per week in which you will work one half day each working day, preferably the mornings. During these hours, you will be working on customer requests. This includes approving certificates, creating customer environments and enabling functionalities.
We are looking for someone who can in addition also work on various tasks during two flexible extra half-days (8 hours). On these days, you will support team Info and Service and Support with all kinds of tasks, including handling e-mail, registering new coaches and developing and publishing release notes.

Required experience and skills
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor thinking level (HBO/WO). Someone who can work independently, has a hands-on mentality and works accurately. We also expect you to have a good command of both the Dutch and English languages.
