Organisations in manufacturing and distribution face continuous change in the demand for their services and products. Due to the 24-hour economy, globalisation and automation, there is great fluctuation in the labour capacity required. It is important for organisations not only to be able to deal with change quickly, but also for employees to keep up with these changes. Flux helps organisations deal with this complexity through a software solution that supports forecasting, planning and registering labour for flexible and permanent employees. To help us further in our mission, we are looking for a Support Specialist.
Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for providing customers with the support they need to realise their business goals with our product. After the customer is implemented, you and your colleagues will be the customer's point of contact. You help them with their questions about the various Flux applications (time registration, planning and the app) and are able to find out the question behind the question. You are also an important link between the customers and the developers to translate customer questions and needs. The questions you can expect range from technical questions about how the applications work to advising on the set-up and use of the applications.

Your tasks:
- Provide support on tickets and telephone queries;
- Collaborate with your colleagues to continuously improve the product based on your input;
- Create and manage content of our knowledge centre;
- Pro-actively observe and advise on the use of the applications.

- Minimum hbo level of thinking and working;
- Fluent in Dutch and English;
- Communication skills in word and text;
- Feeling for working with software, knowledge of SAAS is a plus;
- Experience in (technical) support is a plus;
- Affinity with HR is a plus.
