As a Technical Support Specialist at Nedap Healthcare, you are the crucial link between our healthcare clients and our technical teams. You ensure that our clients receive the support they deserve by tackling complex issues related to all our care-related applications in the Ons Suite.

You achieve this by closely collaborating with developers, business partners, and the commercial team. You are the spider in the web that ensures problems are truly resolved.


Your responsibilities

  • Analyzing and answering questions from application administrators via tickets and phone, where you not only provide solutions but also contribute to improving our processes;
  • Translating technical problems from development into understandable solutions for the client;
  • Discussing issues within Nedap, where you monitor the urgency of the problem. As a Technical Support Specialist, you are responsible for implementing the final solution;
  • Suggesting improvements to development teams or thinking along with new developments of our applications.

Your team

You will become part of the (currently twenty-member) Support team. You and your team are responsible for providing the best possible service for Nedap Healthcare. The team is divided into three specialization groups: Administration, Planning & Data Integration, and the last specialization 'Care Content'. This last specialization team is where you will be a part of.

The Support team at Nedap Healthcare is central to our organization. Your team consists of enthusiastic professionals who strive for the best service for our customers. Together, you represent the voice of the customer and ensure continuous improvement of our products and services.

As a Techncial Support Specialist at Nedap, you will make a valuable contribution to our goal: making people happier and more successful in their professional lives. We offer you a salary between 3.286 and 3.866 per month based on a 38-hour work week. Additionally, you are entitled to a thirteenth month, a good pension scheme, and profit sharing with the opportunity to become a shareholder of Nedap. Required experience and skills

We are looking for a colleague who is eager to contribute to healthcare in the Netherlands. Someone who stands strong, gets excited about solving complex issues, and doesn't shy away from a challenge.

We are looking for someone who goes the extra mile. You don't just want to answer questions; you want to solve problems. You are capable of doing this independently, but of course also together with the support colleagues around you.

Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following points:

  • You have at least an Bachelor level of working and thinking;
  • You can communicate well in Dutch and English;
  • You have an affinity with technical issues.


About Nedap Healthcare

We help care givers and nurses to save time on administrative tasks. With our technology, they are able to spend less time on registering, planning, reporting, and drawing up care plans, allowing them to devote more time to their patients. The family can also be informed immediately about the patient’s wellbeing at the touch of a button.
