At Nedap Healthcare, we want to help people give and receive the best possible care, balancing quality, cost, and joy. We do this by simplifying processes, stimulating cooperation, and sharing our values across the healthcare sector — values like People First. We want to create simple, opinionated, tailored, integrated solutions that are open and easily extendable, and feel like a joy to use. With our software suite Ons®, we simplify the administrative tasks that the care sector in the Netherlands has to deal with. With Ons®, we give care professionals more control over their (professional) lives, so they have more time for care.
Our biggest goal for the upcoming year is to unify our suite; to work towards a suite that looks, feels, and functions as one. A suite that helps our customers give and receive the best possible care. To achieve our goal, we must change our design mindset, technical infrastructure, but more importantly, we need to change the way we work together as a group. We believe in empowering people and strive to make decisions as a group, harnessing the wisdom of a diverse set of multi-disciplinary people. At the same time, we also see that the requirements for collaborative decisions are high and require a mature organizational structure and way of working together.
The primary responsibility of the Project Lead is to shape, evolve, and guard this structure, a structure for collaborative decision making that captures the wisdom of the diversity in our group. The role of Project Lead will evolve over time. For now, the role is described as a project lead, and thus is temporary, but over time Unify Ons will need a persistent effort in our organization to flourish. Together we will shape how this fits into our organizational structure.
The Unified Ons project consists of five subteams, each with its own team lead. These teams mainly consist of designers and developers. The leads meet every two weeks in the multidisciplinary Unified Us core meeting, where the Unified Ons Project Lead is the chairman. In addition, the Project Lead will also be involved in the Ons core group, for the connection with the rest of the Ons suite.
Obviously, we offer excellent primary and secondary conditions. You are responsible for your own working hours and holidays. Nobody keeps track, as we rely on your own accountability. Moreover, we offer you the means to fulfil your own responsibilities. We also have a good financial arrangement. Nedap does not only offer you a salary and holiday allowance, but also an annual bonus, dividends, and the option of shares. Moreover, we have a very interesting pension arrangement. But most of all, we invest in your development! Nedap takes your development very seriously. We offer an extensive introduction program and a personal development journey, and we will gladly look at your potential with you.
