As User Experience (UX) Designer you are responsible for creating an optimal user experience of the products you work on. You regularly speak to users and share new insights and recommendations with your teams. You map out work processes of healthcare professionals and translate your insights into ideas and concepts. You create wireframes, prototypes, or other materials you need in your communication to stakeholders. You evaluate your designs and improvements with users. You will contribute by bringing UX Design at Nedap Healthcare to a higher level, partly by sharing your UX skills, passion and enthusiasm with your colleagues.
UX Designers at Nedap Healthcare work in a tribe as well as in a central UX Design team. Each tribe contains multiple products and processes that support one main process in healthcare. In the logistics tribe you will mainly deal with logistics issues related to agendas and organizational processes in healthcare. You work closely together with software developers and colleague UX Designers, but also with our support department, commercial colleagues and brand designers. The UX Design works in four-weekly sprints. You can also define and pick up projects that are outside your normal focus. We work in pairs on major topics, so that together we can make an even more positive impact in the world of healthcare.
Obviously, we offer excellent primary and secondary conditions. You are responsible for your own working hours and holidays. Nobody keeps track, as we rely on your own accountability. Moreover, we offer you the means to fulfil your own responsibilities. We also have a good financial arrangement. Nedap does not only offer you a salary and holiday allowance, but also an annual bonus, dividends, and the option of shares. Moreover, we have a very interesting pension arrangement. But most of all, we invest in your development! Nedap takes your development very seriously. We offer an extensive introduction program and a personal development journey, and we will gladly look at your potential with you.
