Nomination of M. Pijnenborg as Supervisory Board Member

In accordance with the retirement schedule adopted for this purpose, Mr M.C. Westermann will step down as a member of the Supervisory Board at the General Meeting of Shareholders on 4 April 2019. He is no longer available for reappointment. Based on the profile, a successor was sought. The Supervisory Board is pleased to have found a suitable successor in Marijn Pijnenborg and nominates her for appointment to the Supervisory Board at the General Meeting of 4 April 2019. Marijn Pijnenborg has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of entrepreneurship and commerce. Among other things, she is founder and investor of Boralis BV, a member of the Supervisory Board of BinckBank N.V. and was a.o. founder and CTO of Funda.
The Supervisory Board also proposes to the General Meeting of 4 April 2009 to reappoint PricewaterhouseCoopers Accountants N.V. as auditor with effect from the 2019 financial year for a period of three years.
